1. How do I pay ?

2. What shipping options are available ?                                                            
We offer insured standard shipping via the our dedicated couriers (door to door service). 

3. Do you ship internationally ? No we don't. Should you require shipping outside of South Africa, please email us info@dhiajewellery.co.za

 

4. How do I know I will get my purchase after i have paid? We are sellers on TakeAlot.com and have been featured numerous times on their “Daily Deals” and other platforms

All purchases on our website : You will receive an email once payment has been made with a track & trace waybill number via email. You will be able to track your order and see updates frequently.

5. Do you offer payment plans?
Unfortunately not, all orders must be paid for in full before the item is dispatched. Our payment options include credit card, debit card, Internet transfer, direct deposit & Mobicred


6. I placed an order and made payment and now the item is sold out?
Although we do our best to keep the stock levels on the website up to date, sometimes one will slip through. Not to worry, a consultant will be in touch to offer you an alternative product or offer you a full refund.

7. Do you except returns ?
Goods may be returned only when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product as what was ordered. If the goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as reasonably possible after the product having been delivered to you and must be returned to us within a period of 15 days after delivery. Goods returned within 14 days are eligible for a refund, credit or replacement. Goods returned after 14 days are only eligible for replacement and not refund or credit. If the Goods are not the same as what was ordered this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage must also be immediately reported, within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

8. What is Rhodium Plating?
Rhodium is a precious metal that is in the family of platinum. For rhodium plated jewelry, it involves plating the jewelry with a surface that guards against scratches that also gives a reflective white appearance. Rhodium is nearly as valuable as platinum. Like platinum, it is durable and tarnish-resistant.
